Return Policy
We have a strict no return/ exchange policy. However if the wrong product has been shipped or the product shipped is defective, customers can place a return or refund request within 3 days from the date they receive the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The address to return the item will be provided after the return has been accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Policy Clause

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all original packaging.

Before initiating the exchange, customers are required to share clear photos of the product for verification. Once the exchange request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us.

Please note that if the product is received in a condition different from how it was originally delivered (e.g., used, damaged, missing packaging, or altered in any way), the exchange request will be cancelled and the product will not be eligible for exchange.

Customers may exchange their item for any other product available on the website. A transportation charge of ₹150 will apply for processing the exchange. This fee must be paid at the time the replacement product is delivered to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any approved refund shall be issued exclusively as store credit to the customer’s website wallet linked to the original order. Refunds for COD orders will not be processed to bank accounts, UPI IDs, QR codes, or through any external payment method.

Requests for refunds via QR codes, UPI transfers, bank details, or third-party payment channels will not be accepted under any circumstances. Store credit issued to the website wallet may be used for future purchases in accordance with our applicable terms and conditions.

By placing a COD order on our website, the customer expressly agrees to this refund method.
